Payment Methods
We use Paypal as our secure payment gateway.
You can use your paypal account or use the platform as a guest.
You can pay using your debit/credit card without having a Paypal account, however you will need to use the secure Paypal gateway.
Registration
You are required to register for the event at the point of purchase.
You will need to provide an email address and password.
You will need to keep these details safe, you will need these details to log in to your ‘my account’ to access your order details.
Email Not Working
When ordering tickets you may experience the following error “incorrect email address”
This error message can sometimes occur when you use the auto-fill feature.
We recommend:
- Checking that the auto-fill hasn’t included a hidden ‘space’ character at the end of your email address
- Check that the email address you are using is typed in correctly (you will need this to access your account to watch the stream)
- Removing any text that has been auto-filled and completing the form without using auto-fill feature
